A Nurse

I consider it such a privilege to be so close to my family, to share in their lives on a daily basis and have special moments together.  It has been a joy to watch our nieces and nephews grow over the years and have them experience with us both the joys and challenges of our own lives.

One milestone we're all talking about and anticipating together is Rachael's graduation from nursing school in December.  Yes, the end is in sight!!!  Essie - like all of us  -  has really missed her Aunt Rachael the last several years she's been in school.  Last fall, she presented Rachael with a paper she wrote for a school assignment about Rachael being a nurse.  It was so precious, and right then and there, I decided I had to scan this treasure and turn it into a picture for Rachael to put in her room.  Well, the gift arrived in the mail yesterday, and I couldn't wait to reveal it!  A picture of the twosome with Essie's cursive writing preserved - I don't think it could have turned out better!

The last two semesters for Rachael look quite daunting, but we know God will faithfully provide as He's done consistently before.  We look forward to celebrating this milestone and rejoicing in God's great work in her life.  So stay turned for the party plans. :)
